Gottesman Real Estate Partners is the most recent company to be formed by one of New Jersey and New York’s well-known and most-trusted real estate families. The Gottesman family built its reputation by acquiring, improving and operating commercial properties in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. This newest venture will concentrate on commercial properties between $5 million and $35 million and focus primarily on office, retail, warehouse and flex buildings.
The new company is spearheaded by Andy Gottesman and Joel Brudner, both highly experienced professionals and both sharing the same dedication to such values as integrity, hard work, problem solving, flexibility and intelligent asset management.
